Dr Christopher StephenJOWETTPassed away peacefully on 27th May, aged 64 years. He was formerly a partner at The Medical Centre, The Green, West Drayton, and latterly of The Belmont Medical Centre, Yiewsley. He is survived by his wife Astrid and sons Stephen, David and Michael, as well as his brother Andrew and nephews Brendan and Murray and niece Nicole. Dr Jowett was a very funny and good doctor who always greeted us with his witty jokes and a lovely smile. Will miss him dearly as we started to only see dr jowett at the Belmont medical centre as he always gave 100percent. Rest in peace xxx
